Clear Healthcare Choice operates clearhealthcarechoice.com. We are an independent insurance brokerage. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicare or Medicaid.

When you complete the coverage review form we collect your first name, last name, phone number, email address, the state you live in, your household size, a yes/no answer about pre-existing conditions, and your coverage timing.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, date of birth, income, medical records, or the details of any condition. If you send information like that to us unprompted, we delete it.

Like most websites we record basic technical information with each submission: your IP address, the page you submitted from, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. We use this to prevent automated spam and to understand which pages are useful.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and measure which pages lead to a review request. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles about you.

Your details are used for one purpose: to prepare and conduct your coverage review, and to contact you about it. That means passing them to a single licensed insurance advisor who reviews what is available in your state and calls you.

By submitting the form you agree that we and our licensed advisors may contact you by phone, text or email about health coverage, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply.

We share your details with the licensed advisor handling your review and with the service providers that operate this website and our lead delivery — hosting, database storage and workflow automation. Those providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketing lists, data brokers or lead aggregators. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep review requests for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of further contact. Email info@clearhealthcarechoice.com and we will action the request.

Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour those requests regardless of the state you live in.

You can ask to be removed from all contact at any point, including on the advisor call itself. One sentence is enough.

This site is served over TLS, and submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to submitted details is restricted to the people who need it to conduct your review. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not retain information we do not need, which is the most effective protection available.

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Coverage for children is handled as part of a household review requested by an adult.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
