Do Not Sell My Information

The short version: we do not sell your personal information to anyone, and you can have it deleted whenever you want.

Last updated September 2026

We do not sell personal information

Clear Healthcare Choice does not sell your personal information to third-party marketing lists, data brokers or lead aggregators, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Your details go to one licensed advisor so that they can conduct the coverage review you asked for. That is the entire distribution list.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We honour these requests for everyone, not only residents of states whose laws require it.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy statutes have these rights by law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

How to make a request

Email info@clearhealthcarechoice.com from the address you used, or from any address if you tell us which submission to look up. Say which of the following you want: access, correction, deletion, or no further contact.

We do not require you to create an account to make a request. We will confirm when it has been actioned.

Verifying who you are

To protect your information we need to be reasonably confident that a request comes from you. Usually matching the email address or phone number on the submission is enough. We will never ask for a Social Security number, a password, or payment details to verify a request.

Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and may contact you directly to confirm.

Stopping contact

You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time — on the advisor call, by replying STOP to a text, by unsubscribing from an email, or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent stops future contact; it does not undo anything already sent.
